Chief Architect of Decision Making, Right Arm Chief of Staff

We know it sounds like a big job title, and guess what? It is !

How does a vision go from something you see far in the distance, off in the shimmering future, to something you can see, touch, and watch unfold in the present?

This magic happens when you do precisely what you can do best: make things happen.

What is a Chief of Staff?

Leader in your own right, as a chief of staff to our CEO, you will communicate, problem-solve, innovate, process drivers, and become the day-to-day behind the scenes and as well as “on stage” decision maker : chief architect of the decision-making process.

You will serve as a sounding board for ideas, plans, and dreams, but also have plenty of your own ideas, plans, and dreams.

Do you see yourself as a jack of all trades, responsible for closing the gap between strategic objectives and objective reality ?

An advisor to a wide range of highly complex, sensitive and confidential topics ?

Able to understand the global political, economic, and social landscape you are able to give our CEO objective and holistic strategic advice. You must be able to keep our CEO informed on relevant topics while you keep an eye on the broader picture, shadowing him in diverse activities, representing him with diverse stakeholders which can be Board Members, Senior Executives and C-Suit leaders.

Think of this role as an air traffic controller for our CEO and the team, you’ll be an integrator connecting work streams that would otherwise remain siloed, a communicator linking the leadership and the broader organization, an honest broker when our CEO needs a wide-ranging view without turf considerations, and a confidant

Your primary duties will be to make time, information, and decision-making more effective.

If this resonates, we want to hear from you!
